About Jennifer Neto
Jennifer Neto was born Jennifer Suzanne Tinsley. Her parents are Lt. Col. Michael and Laura Tinsley (Ret. Air Force) and were stationed in North Dakota when Jen was born. Because her father was in the Air Force Jen has had the opportunity to see and live in various parts of the world. She has lived from Okinawa, Japan to Washington D.C. and parts inbetween.
Jennifer and her husband Marcus met in high school and started dating their senior year. The both attended James Madison University in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Jen majored in Business with a concentration in Marketing and graduated Class Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA!
After graduating from James Madison Jen moved back to Reston Virginia which is 20 miles outside of Washington D.C.. She worked for 5 years at Electronic Data Systems on a technology project for the FAA. When their first son was born in 2000 Jen opted to stay home. She stayed active in the church that Marcus and Jen attended. In 2002 their second son was born.
In 2004 Jen and Marcus decided to move to Spanish Fort to be closer to Jen's parents. Jen's father had moved here to work as the office manager for the Mobile NY Life office. It was about that time that Jen decided to re-enter the workforce and get into Real Estate.
Since joining Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties as an agent Jennifer has gotten many accolades. Coldwell Banker Reehl Properties is the number 1 real estate office in the state of Alabama, based on sales. Jennifer has been top selling agent 5 times in the last year and has helped many people find the home that they were looking for. In 2007, she was named to the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society which puts her in the top 7% of all Coldwell Banker Realtors nationally. Also in 2007, she sold 8.3 million dollars worth of real estate, or 24 properties, and is ranked in the top 2% of active Baldwin County Realtors!
Jennifer lists homes for individuals and uses her marketing skills to draw people into the homes. Marcus, a graphic and web designer, works on all of Jen's Marketing Packages to create materials that pop and show the homes in their best light.
